Well last week was full of unexpected changes. First, we learned that April 2-4 is a Chinese Holiday so we couldn't use our original leave date. Thankfully we had not yet purchased our flight tickets. They suggested we leave on 4/3 and get Bella on 4/5. So we start adjusting plans with the travel agent. Then we find out China cannot accommodate the April 5 Gotcha Day and learn we will have to get a new consulate appointment. Again, we had the travel itinerary from our agent but had not completed the purchase. (Dale was out of town so I was hesitant to make all the final plans until we could talk. Thankful I procrastinated!) i discussed my concerns about getting a later date with Sabrina and she said she would try for the week earlier! She was grea, we were so pleasantly surprised by an EARLIER consulate appointment. We now leave on March 24 and get Bella on March 26; returning home on April 7, 2012.
We do believe and have believed all along that God had a plan and thar He orchestrated the dates all things in the adoption process. We fully believe and know He worked it out and that March 26 is our divine appointment for meeting Bella. Psalm 26:3 seems so appropriate, "for your love is ever before me, and I continually walk in your truth."

We just received your TA. I will be requesting the consulate appointment for you. Please advise when will be a good time for you to travel. At this time, the Consulate Appointment is booked until 3/28.
So we asked for March 29 or the closest date available thereafter. Very exciting news and we have lots to do. We are hoping to leave for China on March 17 or 24.
